About the role:
Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Albury & District, located in Glenroy NSW, we currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager to join our team! This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering the successful applicant a senior clinical management role where you can make a true difference to the lives of our aged care residents.
Working alongside the home manager, you will ensure the home remains in compliance with the requirements of the Aged care standards. You will assist the Home Manager to ensure that the home embodies a strong diversity culture that advances the frontiers of aged living, through innovation and integration of clinical practice with lifestyle pursuits, hospitality and design.
What you bring:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a successful and proven track record
A management level of knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector with the ability to identify changing trends and adapt to ensure best practice program delivery.
