About the opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and highly passionate Aged Care Home Manager to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor our team at Calvary  St Judes located in Narre Warren . This is a 88 bed home refurbished recently with  great amenities and cafe. where you will enjoy the support of an experienced team locally including one/two Clinical Care Coordinator(s) and extra support from a support office.

What you bring:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working in Aged Care Home Management. 
  • You are enthusiastic person with a high level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Science - Nursing or equivalent
